Danet enabled seamless and transparent invoicing transactions to Top Service Team

Top Service Team launches new Billing System FAKT for Leasing Companies und Fleet Operators

Top Service Team KG sees in VW Leasing the first leasing company being integrated in its new electronic billing system FAKT. The new platform will optimize the invoicing pro-cess between Top Service Team and the leasing companies, and opens future possibilities – e.g. the digital signature which is a prerequisite for the fully paperless invoicing transactions. In all of the approx. 350 service stations, the processes such as order release, transmission and verification of invoices are now running automised. The now transparent design enables Top Service Team to trace back at any time the status of the individual invoices. FAKT is a joint project of Top Service Team and the IT experts Danet Group, Weiterstadt.

„This is for us the start into a new age of invoicing", stated Heinz-Jürgen Schoenfeld, CEO of Top Service Team. „With the danet system we bank on a billing solution already positioned in the market." Leasing companies and fleet operators can now offer a scaleable platform which conforms to different IT systems and is open to adapt further applications. Regarding the order processing and invoicing this means that we are able to operate faster and in a more reliable and, above all, more transparent way. First comparisons of processing costs related to the existing solution promise a significant cost saving potential in the invoice settlement with leasing companies."

Due to a continous network integration of work processes it is a benefit for all parties involved: A reduction of the labour-intensive manual input during the verification of invoices, as an example. Moreover, the platform is open for billing systems of other service providers. This means that with this new system, leasing companies can reliably settle not only Top Service Team services but also other services related to leased vehicles such as fuel, repairs or insurances.

The various service stations in the Top Service Team network will have a direct benefit, two. The order release mode immediately shows the customer consultant in the service station which of the services to be rendered to a customer’s leasing vehicle are covered by a service contract. A user-friendly surface and a self-explanatory workflow make all necessary IT steps easier for the staff of a service station – i.e. from generating a service order to forwarding the issued invoice to the head office of Top Service Team.

Up to 3000 accounting operations are daily managed by the Top Service Team head office in Roesrath. The invoices coming in from the service stations are verified in the head office and forwarded to the leasing companies or fleet operators: "With our new electronic billing system, we have reached a significant approach to our objective to digitise the whole invoicing process, and to make it transparent and primarily secure", stated Schoenfeld.
