Weiterstadt, April 11, 2006. For the new Prepaid-Offering smobil, Danet GmbH as IT-Partner has developed the complete Customer Care System, and is now operating the system as Managed Services. smobil is being marketed by Schlecker drugstores, in cooperation with allMobility Deutsch­land GmbH. Since April 2006, the Prepaid-Offering has been sold in selected Schlecker stores in Baden-Wuerttemberg, and it willl shortly be available all over Germany.

With the danet Customer Care System, all data of the smobil customers are collected and read in, whil all incoming orders are reproduced. If required by the customers, danet offers with its solution an itemized list of their calls.  For Call Center Agents of smobil, the danet solution provides various functions, such as activating, disabling or swapping of SIM cards. 

With “Tchibophone”, danet as IT-Service Provider was already actively involved in the first MVNO solution in the german market. By order of o2, danet supplied Tchibo with the Customer Care System, which is repro­ducing the whole order processing from the Point-of-Sales to the Net. For the realization of MVNOs, danet provides individual business solutions with a modular structured services design, covering also Business Process Outsourcing. These services include, amongst others, Customer Care and Channel Management, as well as provisioning, operation and delivery of value-added services. Looking back to the discount offers, Danet sees the MVNO model of the future focussing on high-quality value-added services for customer retention.
