Common IT services for selected markets planned
Bad Homburg/Weiterstadt. 13. Juni 2006. Danet GmbH and Hexaware Technologies GmbH are to develop and distribute their joint IT services in the German market. For these purposes, the companies have entered into a strategic partnership agreement. Their cooperation is centered around the key areas Financial Service Providers, Telecommunications, and Transport and Logistics. Hexaware Technologies GmbH is the German subisidiary of the Indian IT enterprise Hexaware Technologies Ltd., which is one of the Top 20's of the Indian outsourcing providers.
Within the scope of the strategic partnership between Hexaware and Danet it is envisaged in a first step to pool their expertise and IT components in combined solutions and to incorporate these into a joint service offering portfolio. Danet has comprehensive knowledge of the business processes in the telecommunications industry and financial services sector, and offers customers its IT solutions for Billing & Payment, Content Management, Document Design and Identity Management. Hexaware has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, software development and maintenance of complex distributed systems, Human Resources IT, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Application Integration, through to Quality and Test Management.
Both companies expect a number of synergy opportunities to arise primarily in the environments of document management systems, billing platforms and risk management solutions. By combining the expertise they share both Hexaware and Danet will be able to offer their customers services across the whole IT value-creating chain, ranging from business process analysis, solution design and architecture all the way through to integration, implementation, test phase and operation of the solutions.
